Sunray Ops was established by Jennifer Weaver in 2019 to help growing businesses succeed. With 10+ years of experience in People Operations, including roles as a Director of Human Resources and Recruiter, Jennifer launched her own agency to work with a variety of businesses all over the country. Her passion of building great culture and team cohesion is paramount in all of her work.

Our company name is in reference to a street Jennifer grew up on in the United Kingdom. When she wasn't in the UK, Jennifer would be traveling the United States and Europe with her family, sparking her long-term love of travel. Though she now resides in South Carolina, she enjoys working remotely with clients all over.
